My goal is to enable you to live pain and symptom-free, confidently engaging in the activities you love to do.
As a first-time mum myself, I understand the physical and emotional challenges that come with pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
This personal insight allows me to offer compassionate, tailored support through every stage, from preparing for labour and birth to navigating the fourth trimester and beyond.
After your baby arrives, I offer a comprehensive postnatal assessment (Mummy MOT®) to check your pelvic floor, abdominal wall, and overall recovery. From there, we build a rehab plan that’s personalised to you , to rebuild strength, restore confidence, and support your return to movement safely.
I have a particular clinical interest in C-section recovery, and have pursued further training in scar therapy to help women heal and reconnect with their bodies.
My approach combines offloading strategies, focused rehabilitation, and smart training — designed to help you recover, rebuild, and return stronger than before.
